Getting traffic to your blog and interacting with your visitors is something I am getting a lot of questions about. 
Here is a simple solution that will address both problems. Let’s discuss blog hopping or simply visiting another related blog and leave a valuable comment. That’s going serve three purposes.
1. Backlinks
First, leave a comment on blogs that are “do-follow” so as to provide a link back to your site.
2. Relationship building
By leaving a comment on a person’s blog you open the door to building a relationship with them, which can lead to the possibility of you guest posting on their blog in the future or perhaps a joint venture partnership which is mutually beneficial for you both.
You will also begin to build relationships with the other readers of their blog too.
Once they see your valuable comment, they will no doubt hop over and visit your blog too, where you can further interact and build relationships with them.
3. The final reason blog hopping is beneficial is exposure of your own blog content. There is a highly popular WordPress plugin named Comment Luv, this will allow you to display a link back to your last blog post. But not only can you link back to your last blog post, you are given access to a drop down menu containing your last ten blog posts. This means you can select which blog post is most relevant to the blog post you are commenting on and increase the chance of the author or reader visiting your post.
Blog hopping is highly effective in generating traffic, backlinks and building relationships, if you are a blogger, spend the time to visit at least 10 blogs a day to fully benefit.
Now you know why you should blog hop, search on Google for related niche blogs, leave valuable comments on the blogs and watch the traffic pour in.
